Cancellation Terms

We do not use an online payment system. You make your payments when you get on the transfer vehicle. Therefore, you can cancel your reservation at any time.

We request you to cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before. Please note that if you do not cancel 6 hours before, the transfer vehicle will come to the airport to pick you up.

You can cancel your reservation via text message or chat programs such as whatsapp and viber.
